Mosaic Digital Systems has been acquired by Advertise Purple, Expanding Partnerships Opportunities

We’re happy to announce the beginning of an exciting chapter for Mosaic Digital Systems, Inc., one that includes close collaboration with Advertise Purple, the leading affiliate management OPM. That’s right—we have been acquired.  

In just a few years, we’ve assembled a cutting-edge suite of self-serve tools, offering it to over 1k e-commerce businesses interested in growing their affiliate program.  Prior to our technology, options for performance marketing consulting were limited to partnerships defined by expensive retainers and long contracts, aka ‘OPM agencies.’  We broke the mold, leveled the playing field, and we’re damn proud of it.   

Today, MDS offers a unique application that has proven to help hundreds of budding internet retailers get off the ground in the most immediate, efficient manner.  Nominated as a finalist for ‘SaaS Company of 2024’ by Global Business Tech Awards, our mission has now been validated by both clients and industry.  Leveraging the reach and resources of Advertise Purple, we’re excited to get our application into the hands of more businesses in need.  

So, what does this change mean for our clients? For one, our brands will be backed by an industry-leading agency, which will tremendously impact their recruitment conversion rate. More importantly, clients will gain access to thousands more partners across a dozen networks, making the possibilities for growth endless. It’s a win-win. 

As a small team, we’ve had incredible success in a short span of time so the prospect of what we will achieve with more hands on deck and more resources is truly exciting. With such a monumental shift in our brand identity – going from a startup of less than 10 employees to an established business unit in a company over 10x the size – there are things we’re going to miss like intimate team bonding activities and linear decision-making. However what we will gain from this strategic alliance is two-fold. Our original crew of multifaceted team members will remain at the core of our operations, but moving forward there will be new collaborators to lift the load and bring additional value to our product. 

So as we say goodbye to Mosaic as we knew it, we’re thrilled to introduce ourselves under the Advertise Purple brand.
